Rep. Dennis Smith explains REAL ID
Starting next January, your Minnesota drivers license won't get you on to an airplane. Here at the legislature, we're trying to fix that. This video explains REAL ID, what it is, what it isn't, and why it's important that we act this year. ... See MoreSee Less
Robert GerhartI missed the memo where "convenience" was redefined as "important". What is more important, being able to get on a plane with one particular form of documentation out of many that are already available, or verifying that a person is eligible to vote at all? Voting, not airplanes, is where we need ID verification. The GOP is stumbling all over itself to reverse its original (correct) stance on this issue, all in the name of "convenience".2 months ago · 1
Chris MercadanteWell because all the Rhino's and Liberals know that convenience out ways rights! DO your job - instead of wasting money on more conveniences, do what you where hired to do and protect the rights and start stopping the illegals here stop funding the sanctuary cities and start forcing them to follow the law and stop following emotion and convenience!
